Hi Leslie,
at Turtle Cafe there are links to many lists of edible and toxic plants/flowers.
That's probably the best collection of sites you will find on the subject.
If you want to reach more tortoise keepers I recommend subscribing to a tortoise email discussion list.
It's free and you will come into contact with many other tort keepers, in the US and world wide.
Many of these people don't visit this forum, but are very experienced. So the email list is the only way to contact them.

Go to the link below and sign up to the Tortoise Trust discussion list.
There are many experienced Russian keepers subscribed and I know they will help you out.
Especially Jane, a Russian Tortoise keeper from England who will be able to provide a list of plants that Russian love.
If you decide that the email lists aren't for you , unsubing is easy!
