indicates that kale is *very* low in oxalates.
What I've heard most often, and is mentioned in
another post, is that kale, if fed in consistently
high amounts, can lead to goiters. If fed as part
of a varied diet in small amounts, no problem.
I don't feed it but rarely because there are
other, easily obtained foods, such as turnip
greens, that do not have oxalate or goitregenic
problems that I am aware of.
