Hi,
too small for a sulcata.
These torts grow quickly and are very active. Make it a large as you possibly can, otherwise you'll be building a new one again soon!
Keep in mind that as an adult this tortoise if housed indoors will need a whole room, or more. When I brought my 45 lb sulcata in overnight, I gave her a whole spare room.
Even though the room was large and just for overnight, she hated it.
She took the paint of the walls and door and went stir crazy!
She now has a nice shed outdoor shed to spend the night in.
When building your indoor enclosure, look to the future and how big this tortoise will become. Then build an enclosure that will last at least a few years.Keep in mind that just by next year the tortoise will be at least 2" bigger!
Below is a link that should help you with enclosure ideas.
Best of luck,
Terry.
