There are actuallys photos from C.yunnanensis in the Book: Tortugas del Mundo.
I'll try to scan and post them here.
Yes Denis, I agree with you, to get Terrapene here in Europe is as difficult as getting legal spiders!
Ive been offered a CB99 just a few weeks ago (was T.ornata.ornata) for the price of 250 Euros! Its a Shame!

: : The only group of C. yunnanensis is also located within the US.

: I don't believe it before seeing photos from the animals. They are many breeders that say they are having yunnanensis, but nobody has shown an animal that look like it!!! Personnaly, the friend that bree all the Cuorae species that are known has seen such "yunnanensis" like animals and told me that no animal was a right yunnanensis!!! There is known that some Cuora are species that are now non described, but yunnanensis aren't seen in China since 1904 or 1906 (I don't remember exactly), the year they were found!!!

: Regards

: Denis Mosimann

: PS : we haven't see any Terrapene from import here since the famous US law from 1994... So believe me that it is impossible to get one here!!!
