: Watch the price of spiders fall through the floor as the jobbers get stuck now with all the poor quality left over specimens. Be careful now and make sure you look through the false claims of "best looking" as there is alot of junk out there being offered by resellers who are now are stuck with these in their inventories. Many of these resellers have little if any tortoise experience. For example, I refer to one resleer who boasts of particularly high quality, yet the particlar specimens in the photographs are very old, one with asymmetrical laminae!!

:..but when it comes to animals, I wish people would re-think their attitudes when they start calling living things "junk." Even if you are only using that word as an accepted hobbyist's of professional's term, just the fact that you accept it as a term is scary. These creatures are not junk, but rather poorly treated living things which suffer at the hands of inexperienced, uncaring and greedy profiteers. Hopefully, these sick animals will be either put out of their misery soon or taken by some kindly people who are willing to put the time and money into their treatment. If anyone is left who gives a rat's behind!
