Radiated tortoise

I'm considering purchasing a radiated tortoise and was wondering if any of you could give me some advice on to how to properly keep it.The dealer I was speaking with said they can be kept in a very similar manner as a sulcata tortoise.If this is so could you tell me the differences,apart from size.I plan on keeping it indoors for the most of autumn and winter and it will be able to roam safely outside on warmer days.What is the correct diet and which chemicals additives would I need and how often do I put it on the food?Could you help with proper set up of heaters,uv and the best bedding material.Thanks in advance.
