Nice point but mostly or food is commercially done
to set standards. But looking to the past, I would
say that we have a broader range in diet, and surely
we could of had dietary problems due to lack of iron,
calcium, ect in or diets based on or origins.
What was the average height of a medieval knight?
About 5 ft or so? Whats the average in the UK now?
And I am fairly sure not only the tall ones reproduced,
so its not all genetics. I was going for mainly hard
minerals and such found in the soil and absorbed by
the plants. But a very vaild point just the same.
