Your comments are at best naive and archaic. Perhaps in the 1960's and 70's when the current conservation laws were drafted it was indeed best for all animals to be left in the wild. That was before multinational commodity companies began massive deforestation and convertible currencies allowed for decentralized yet hightly organized food market collection. In many cases, esp. Asian turtles, they are NOT better off in the wild. Quite simply there is hardly any wild left. Have you tavelled internationally and seen this environment assault for yourself?
The question for the spiders, now, is weather these threats confront them and if to the degree they are present in Asia, then I say bring them all here!! If they are safe in unaltered areas and free from food market collection which is a genetic dead end, then keep them in the wild.
The previous posts were looking for empirical data, not bunny hugger archaic crap that we are sick of hearing.
