Baytril is certified for use in mammals. That's it. The use in reptiles is no different than using the injectable form orally. Someone had this great idea to try out this really strong antibiotic on herps(reptiles) and here we are. Logic, you did note that some folks reported bad reactions to the tablet form when given to their tortoises, no?
