but it seems that you prefer to point out how much you know and how little everyone else knows. I have read both of your books from cover to cover and use much of your information for the treatment of my own turtles and tortoises. I realize that you base your recommendations on tons of personal experience and that of other qualified keepers and veterinarians. I also realize that you were not born knowing how to care for chelonians, that you had to "live and learn" what you now know, and that everyone has to start from ground zero when it comes to understanding the rights and wrongs of proper husbandry.
: So again I say, don't just belittle someone for spreading misinformation. Correct them, don't condemn them.
: Sincerely,
: Paul V.
Not at all.. however, giving advice of this nature should be left to those qualified to do so - veterinarians.
I am not a veterinarian and do not give specific advice on using prescription medications in public forums. Anyone who does is taking a very big risk. Those who require *accurate* and safe information on the use of such drugs should either consult the relevant text-books or ask a qualified veterinarian - not rely upon the lethal nonesense which seems to be the order of the day in this forum.
