Paul,
I do understand your sense of frustration, but these topics are very detailed and complex. I am not certain, but pretty sure, that this information is available at the Tortoise Trust link that Andy posts at the bottom of every one of his posts. That bit of info is not meant as an advertisement for the TT by me, only as a way to get this information without Andy posting these very long messages. I do enjoy everyone's help that I have received on this forum, but I do share Andy's concern (or anyone's concern) about inaccurate information given to owners looking for solid and correct advice. That is not meant as a 'poke' at EJ (or anyone else posting replies), but a request to all posting information of a technical nature to be aware that there are serious consequences to be paid (the health of the tort, the owners' $) for inaccurate info.
