(only thing I can think of right now) is it
unhealthy? other than the bone not really. Does it
make him more likely to get sick. no. If you smoke
do you have cancer? no, you're just more likely to
get it later. It's possible to have pyramiding w/o
protein in the diet. What if protein is the negative
factor causing kidney problems. Then pyramiding doesn't
mean sickness, kidney problems, ect. Just the chances
of the diet being composed of protein rich foods is
increased.
As for the analogy:
To have a juvenile the size of an adult would
be correct.
