As far as leafy greens that are bad, spinich, rhubarb and chard are proven to be bad. They contain oxylic acid which interferes with the absorbtion of calcium. They can be used in very small amounts from time to time if you have to, but should generally be avoided. I know this wasn't the point, but it's information everyone who has a tort should know.
