I have male and female Russian Tortise and their trying to mate. I wanted to know if they lay eggs, how long the gestation is, how many young will be produced, and is there anything I can do to help make the process esier.
: Thanks for the advice. The person that gave it to me said it belonged
: to her brother who went into the Army. It was kept inside for the past 4 years and since he has
: been gone her mother has been throwing some lettuce in every once in a while.
: I put him in an outside enclosure. I gave him squash, cucumber, carrots and the
: lettuce from a ceaser salad (no dressing of course)with vitiams on it but so far
: he has not eaten. Should I try soaking him? Any other suggestions?
: Thanks Betty
