Leopard tort ?, PLEASE read

I have a 1 year old leo tort. There is some lumps on the shell and it seems to be outgrowing him. Is this possible and if so how do you fix it? I feed him dark greens with walkabout farms suppliment everyday. I soak him everyother day for 15-20 min. he eats GREAT, and poops like a champ. I have him in a huge plastic tub with a 150 wat active UV bulb on 12 hours a day. the temp ranges from 65-95 low of 65 at night. What can I do he seems healthy and is very active
