Both are good pets with totally different needs. Sulcatas are great but get very big (realisticaly 50lbs+ in about 10 - 15 years depending on feeding schedule) and are desert type grazers.
Redfoots are what they call tropical type browsers. They are the equivelent of pigs in the reptile world. They eat just about everything such as fruits, carrion, annulars but not much grazing. They can be as out going as sulcatas but don't get as big. (10lbs+ would be a nice size redfoot) They also need it warm and moist which can be a problem if you are not familiar with this kind of herp.
