Super glue will most certainly kill it. If there is any chance of saving the egg try any of the methods that was laid out in the Reptiles article. Realisticly though, once the inner membrane is broken the chances of survival are not very good. It sounds as if the egg was infertile to begin with. Regardless, good luck.
