tortoises and mushrooms

after an exceptionally wet start to summer in texas i'm having all kinds of mushrooms sprout up in my backyard. my hingeback tortoisem who spends most of her days outside love mushrooms. i'm afraid she's gonna gobble down a poisonous one!! do i need to go around and pull up all the mushrooms or does she know the difference between what's good for her and what's not??
