What kind of turtle/tortoise is this?

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone in here could help me figure out what kind of turtle/tortoise I found. I found him in my driveway and I dont know if he was hit by a car and he's hurt or he's just lazy but he hung around by me for awhile. We are having a huge thunderstorm so I brought him in and figured I'd find him a snack. I searched and searched but i cant figure out what he is. I dont want to give him the wrong kind of food. I'll let him go tomorrow in a nice safe place. Ok. His shell is about 7 inches long 5 inches wide. He has a yellowish belly with small fat white lines on the sides. His feet and legs are red. his head is black. his shell is brown with spiderweb-like designs on them. He isnt a box turtle, a snapping turtle or a painted turtle. I thought maybe he was a red-footed tortoise but he doesnt have any yellow on his head. Well, If anyone has an idea of what he might be, just let me know. He's happily exploring my room, moving my junk around and getting into everything he can. thanks
