Need advice on sluggish baby sulcatta

Hi there.
I have had my little guy since October of last year.
Latley he seems sluggish. And has had trouble opening his eyes with out rubbing them on his front legs. He is eating all of his food. Limbs do not look swollen. When I used to let him roam the living room he used to go every where. Now He sort of just sits there, unless I place him on an un even surface. I even tried stimulating him by placing bright colored objects on the far side of the room.

I have been keeping the Hot side Temps between 85-95 and the cool side between 75-80.
I have been feeding him 50/50 (I have upped his fiber to 70% this last week) Grass with Timothy hay and alfalfa mixed in with Watercress and Dandelion greens.
I dust with calcium twice a week and give him a 10-15 minute soak every other day.
