I bought a Russian tort about two months ago.
My roommate had one for about three months before I bought
him so I felt he would be a good mellow pet like my roommates.
Boy was I wrong. He thrives on getting into dangerous situations.
Today he walked off our second story patio and took off running.
Luckily he wasn't hurt too badly!!!!!!
He tries to climb everything and flips over on his back quite frequently.
I am under the impression this breed can flip back over, but I have
yet to see it so I am concerned.
I don't want to keep him in a confined area that restricts his activity.
He is happy when he is out and looks sad confined, but I am concerned for his safety.
How can I make my apartment safe for him, or make a habitat he will be somewhat content in?
Please help!
