Sulcata diet

My 2 year old sulcata's main diet consists of romaine, radish greens, cactus, and various other greens sprinkled with his vitamin supplement. Recently, he's developed a taste for dry cat food. Is this okay? Also, what about fruit? He loves bananas, peaches, cherries, and pineapple. How much is too much? He also likes certain types of seedum. I'm concerned because he's showing signs of pyramiding. Thanks.
