What do you got?
I simply feel that oxalics are not the terrible calcium inhibitors that people seem to think they are. Yes oxalic acid does help flush calcium and phosphorous out of the body. However many people think this prevents the calcium from being absorbed. I personally think that oxalic acid does not become a factor until the body has already obtained its need for the mineral. Basically oxalics work to flush out the excess minerals.
