Nope. because the specifics you mentioned are right on the mark. Remeber the enclosures I have are 8 inches high, 2 x 4 feet around and open with a much greater temperature range. That is what works for me. The range I mentioned is the one I recomend for starters.
I'll be posting the pics of the tortoises that are kept under these conditions and fed nothing but store bought greens. Once again this is not my primary recomendation but a viable option.(stay tuned for updates)
