OK just kidding! But he's very used to me and
has me fairly well trained to his bidding. He
will come to me if I pat my hands gently and
call him. He also knows his way around the entire
house and yard including the different entrances.
Also, I swear this, he's potty-trained to go
outside and indicates his need to go by scratching
up on the glass in one spot, which is different
than his pacing to get out when he sees me and
wants to go outside. He recognizes my actions
in preparing his supplements/food and will come into the kitchen
and get underfoot then.
I could go on and on about how smart he is, you
got me going now! Obviously I'm very taken with
him and tortoises in general, seem so sentient almost
compared to other reptiles.
