I would suggest the Turtle Cafe. Theresa offers a beginner's outdoor mix that has all kinds of neat stuff. And, when you get to her site, click on the Turtle Cafe link, then click on the contact Turtle Cafe link to ask Theresa directly about the mustard greens you are questioning. She's awesome and should be able to answer your question, or direct you to a source.
