Doesn't really matter if you supplement every day or just a few times a week, it's a personal judgement call. I personally supplemented almost every day...you really can't "oversupplement" with just a sprinkle each day though. As far as soakings, again a personal judgement call. I soaked my hatchling 3 times per week. As a juvenile I soaked 1-2 times per week with no problem. I did have a problem initially with elevated temps in the tank I was using (when I was a newbie) and with the lack of soaking frequently (every 2 weeks) as I didn't understand the importance of maintaining hydration. Soaking every day won't hurt though...
