By using the word AND it means that it includes every kind of animal and every creature that crawls on land. If it said OR it would be different, like giving an example (a mamal or a milk producing animal) Now, maybe it is a typo on Issac's/your part. If it isn't then it means all living creatures on the Earth, you can't have it both ways, you can either take a literal translation of the bible or one of common sense.
