we need to know what kind of tortoise it is and how you are keeping it?
As it's wild I would take it back to the area you found it and release it, far from the road though.
How big is it, what color is it etc?
Please give us a more detailed discription.

I suspect it may be:
Tesdudo Hermanni Hermann's Tortoise.
If so it will eat grasses, weeds and plants which are native to your area.
I hope you will consider realeasing it in a safe area close to where you found it.
