This afternoon, I purchased $39.98 worth of merchandise from the Mira Mesa PETCO. I was charged $4.03 for the tax. When I first mentioned that the total amount of my merchandise sounded rather high, the clerk said, "No, it is all on my screen, and this is the amount." Also what I am concerned about, is, how often has PETCO been overcharging customers? Please look into this matter.
