My bleeding tortoise needs help

We took our Graeca/Med Spur Thigh to the vet who took blood from him by using a needle above his neck between the neck and shell. He has now been blowing blood bubbles for two days. It's Memorial day weeknd and can't get the doc. who is 2 hours south of us. The tort is making gurgling noises but is running around fine and eating well. Help! Suggestions? Thanks!
