Even though this is probably the last place I would have expected this type of discusion. I think it was great to see people sharing a little bit about who they are and what makes them tic.

The internet is often refered to as a comunity. Isnt in a comunity you get to know a little bit about each other?

I only hope we do not hurt each other with the knowledge we learned.

God bless every one and may you all have a safe Memorial Day Weekend.
: thanks guys, I may try the Turtles Turtles Everywhere,
: since there sure are a few around here!
: I was thinking of Turtles are a Handful and
: drawing a big hand and the basic turtle requirements
: on each finger of it.

: Just for your info, I am a graduate of a fundamental
: Bible College, so my Young Earth Science teacher
: would raise an eyebrow if I did a "dinosaur" display,
: and my husband would have me fingerprinted to test
: if it was really me! lol I did my biggest paper
: on the Great Deluge, Noah's Ark, and the animals'
: possible responses to stress/cold - hibernate,
: migrate or basically die. Anyways, that was in
: 1985, and I've heard most of the arguements in
: between, having been a member of the Creation Research
: Foundation for several years. Maybe this explains
: why I bunt heads with certain people for sure!

: So, since this isn't the place for this discussion,
: I think there are quite a few places on the web
: where people can go around and around on it, since
: everyone's usually got their strong beliefs on this
: going in.

: As this is a public elementary school, I was thinking
: of sticking to simple Turtle care and the responsibility
: that goes with it, so it helps the kids realize that
: torts/turts are not throw away pets. Eww, that
: gives me an idea about using those "blinky" turtle
: set-ups as an example...gotta run now! see ya'll, niki
