I don't know about radishes in general, I thought I read somewhere not to feed them, but I don't know. A lot of vegetables aren't good for them anyways. I kind of think a tortoise wouldn't eat them because they are kind of bitter?
Anyway, here is a link to USDA where you can look up nutritional info and compare radishes to other vegetables if you want.

I did notice that the Ca:P ration isn't that good.
