: : Hi Nicole!

: : I have 2 Forest Hingebacks and love them to no end! Ok, they don't have the personality of my Sulcata, but look at this guy - you can see the personality. (:

: : I'd be glad to share any info I have on them: indreams@mediaone.net

: : : Boring, Ed? No more boring than most of the turtle people I know! I wouldn't use the word boring, but I agree with Ed. Overall, Hingebacks don't make the best pets. Generally, WC Kinixys can be very difficult to establish and are extremely shy (though there are some spunky individuals). I have bred K.belliana and the CB babies are more outgoing, but overall, there are other species which are more personable and hardy. I'd recommend Russians. But what do I know, I was excited over my first pet rock! Good luck, Nicole!
