Tort constipation?

I've now had my Leopard tort for about five days and he's eating like a horse. He eats predominantly collards and dandelion greens but is also nipping at the timothy hay I recently put in his tub. What I haven't seen is a calling card from the little guy yet. Is this cause for concern? Sorry for the indelicate question, but how often do tortoises do their duty? I also can't tell yet if he's gone number one, but I haven't spent a full day in his company yet.

Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks
