If the cut is not very deep, then just wipe it off with a bit of water or hydrogen-peroxide (use a swab). Then just put a dab of Neosporin on it. Reptiles in good health have amazing powers of recovery.
: They are russian tortoises, house is a 5' diameter kiddie pool with lizard litter bedding. They have a shallow reptile bowl with water, an additional one with food and a upside-down box (with an opening) as a hideout. They are petshop rescues, so they are just a little over 4" in size. I just wanted to know if I should try to wash off the cut or get that turtle/tortoise eye rinse they sell at the pet store.
