My Russian prefers cooler temps. She is housed outdoors in Southern California. She likes to be covered with taller vegetatation and has dug a burrow. She also likes to wander extensively, so maybe yours needs a little more elbow room.
I would cool the enclosure a few degrees and maybe add some hay that she can cover herself up with.
I'd also buy some grazing mix and not feed so many vegetables if possible.
