Hello!!Thanks so much for your response. The bottom plastron of my sulcata is 8 inches. I was told hi was born in august 98. His tail is usually folded over to one side.I cann't really say if his plastron is concaved or flat. It might be slightly concaved. But it can be also just uneven bottom surface. The plastron back fork is not very big. I would like to place him outside but he needs protection from dogs and foxes. Should I buy a big cage for him?
