Another thing to point out,
Spinach contains high levels of oxalic acid, this interferes with the tortoises ability to absorb calcium.Avoid spinach.
Be carefull with the mushrooms too, there was a post on my C. galbinifrons list a while back, recommending they not be fed to the more arid species.
