Another thing to point out,
Spinach contains high levels of oxalic acid, this interferes with the tortoises ability to absorb calcium.Avoid spinach.
Be carefull with the mushrooms too, there was a post on my C. galbinifrons list a while back, recommending they not be fed to the more arid species.

: The diet is totally inadequate.
: Try: Dandelion leaves and flowers, Sowthistle, clover, hibiscus leaves and flowers,plantain, chicory, opuntia pads, grape vine leaves, agave plant, watercress, rose leaves and flowers,romain lettuce, carrot tops , beet tops, short grasses and hays, small amounts of finely chopped carrots and mushrooms.
: Avoid high protein foods like peas, beans, spinach etc.
