Hi, i was about to purchase a Testudo kleinmanni from CaptiXX BreX WilX lifX FoundatiXX but recieve3d no phone calls back. You should try to contact a lawyer just as others suggested. Or, you can but i don't know if you would like this... file a small claims suit (must be under $5,000) on a court show like judge judy, of Judge Mathis, etc. however that is just a suggestion but its up to you. I noticed Jexx didn't have an email address, that must have been a warning.
