Kathy:

I live in Phoenix and have adult sulcutas outside all year. I use to provide block homes with a heat light, however the past several years I have just let them dig burrow or stay in their homes without any additional heat.

The only difference I have found between providing heat and not providing heat, is when they lay eggs. With heat they lay eggs Oct. November. Without heat they don't start laying until March or April.

Good luck,

Jerry

: Looking to share (ok, steal) ideas on outside setups for winter for my two girls. I'm sure other warm areas (NM, So.CA) have similar winters to Arizona. Anyone out there who can help? Thanks.
