I'd heard they sometimes ate their own, but seeing their faces smeared with stinky, smelly stuff almost killed me! Just an FYI, I took the girls to the vet today (one had a little bubbling around her nostril yesterday), and the good news is: no flukes. The bad news is: antibiotic shots. As in: me giving them. Ugh. More good news is the the vet (Dr. Funk in Mesa, AZ) was awesome and very helpful. Again, thanks for the help & I'm on around-the-clock poop patrol!
