Hi, welcome to the forum...

let me point out some mistakes...

don't feed grean beans or beans in general. don't feed food with too much protein. A good tortoise diet is low protein, high fiber. Generally, it depends on the size of the tort on how much u should feed it. Young ones need more since they are growing. But first, if you didn't buy the russian tortoise from a breeder but a store like petco, i suggest take him to the vet to check on any parasites and worms. take care
