Russian poopie - sorry for a gross question

Being new to Russians.. I am a 'nervous' new owner.... but I have to ask. My little guy is pooping sooo much. Am I doing somingthing wrong to him. He is eating quite a bit, but I don't know how much is too much. I generallyt feed him collard greens, dandelions, green beans, some carrots, and a little bit of land tort food mixture .. that probably has too much fruit in it, but I am afraid I am not giving him all his vitamins. I need a 'dummy's' explanation of what and how much to feed him. I have looked upwebsites, and have gotten great advise from them, but just want to make sure I am not hurting the little guy. Thnx
