: mine was a very picky eater at first too. he only liked mustard greens. i tried shredding a whole bunch of stuff together with a good amount of the mustard greens. he eats anything now... not only that but i swear he waits impatiently tapping his little feet in the morning waiting for me to turn on his light and feed him. try a mixture of mustard green, dandelion greens, squash, cactus pads (take out the stickers), carrots, and add a little of anything you've noticed he likes. mine won't touch the hay though. he'll eat a little if it's mixed in, but doesn't eat as aggressively if it's in there. good luck.
