can someone help me? growing instruction for grazing mix?

so i finally decide to grow my own sulcata food.... i order the grazing mix for healthy tortoise and they send me seeds....!!! aaaagghhh.... does anybody know how to grow this indoor? they sent me growing directions, but really.... i'm clueless about plants and making anything grow out of seeds..... i do need some soil, i know that so far.... can i get it at home depot? what do i say to them? do i grow them in those little pots? what do i need to feed the plant? i have a ficus tree at home for my chameleon, and i'm only feeding it water and miracle grow...., do i do the same thing to these seeds??? somebody help.....
i need this for indoor or at least on a patio.... i have no backyard....
any advice is appreciated...., i have no experience at all with plants.... thanx... =)
