I agree with moragn, get to the vet ASAP!! How do you know your toroise has never had worms? did you take a fecal sample to the vet for analayses? If not, I suggest you do so. Intestinal parasites cysts (such as those of roundworms) can lay doramnt in the tissue for quite some time, all it takes is stress for them to start an infestation. Let us know how it goes!!
