I use cuttlebone for mine.
I remove the hard backing and put a piece in their outdoor pen. They will ignore it sometimes and then nibble at it as needed.
I used to scrape a dusting of it onto their food.
I do have to say that I live where I can put mine outdoors all year long and they get lots of intense sun, so calcium is not a huge problem for me.
I am not familiar with commercial brands. I've used Reptivite, but then I know people who swear by Rep-Cal or calcium carbonate.
Be sure whatever you get is phosphorous free or it will defeat the purpose of supplementing with calcium.
