I just went to a reptile shop in The South bay, California and they must of had 15 russians. However, they were in great shape eating like beast, w/bright eye and some even bred right before me. In the tank next to them they had sliders mating too!!! just wanted to say that at least some tortoises will live long healthy lives!!!! Just wanted to say this.
