I wouldn't do it for 4 months to a year. If I were you I would cut a deal with the landlord to take care of it yourself. If anyone treated my torts lawn I would personally break them in half.
The whole problem with being a tort owner for a guy is you also have to become a " Closet Botanist" or reluctant one at best. My back yard
is a virtual garden of Tort delights. Try getting
him to let you be the gardener.

: last week my landlord put weed and feed on the yard and i was wondering how long do i have to wait before my torts can go out and browse. i didn't have a say in it because its not my property so i guess i just have to deal with it and wait it out. he left one spot out back untreated because of our different flowers but its not very big and my torts try to go under our decks if we don't watch them really close. thanks for your responces --brian m
